Key performance indicators
How progress is measured
Each indicator is tied to one strategy and typed as a climate or an equity KPI, following the City's reporting convention. 29 indicators are registered (4 equity); 12 of 30 strategies do not yet have one, which the City's 2023 progress report attributed to missing data or the absence of interdepartmental consensus.
Values are seeded from the 2021 plan's dashboard, the 2023 Climate Action Plan Progress Report, and figures in the 2026 plan. They update as departments report through the annual cycle beginning in 2026.
